Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MrApps Chatbot service ("Service") — including our AI chatbot on Facebook Messenger, LINE Official Account, or web widget at chatbot.mrapps-live.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MrApps Chatbot provides an AI-powered chatbot service that enables businesses to automate customer conversations, order processing, and team notifications via messaging platforms including Facebook Messenger and LINE OA. The Service is powered by Anthropic Claude AI and integrated with Supabase for data management.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity when interacting with the chatbot
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information
• Use the Service for any illegal activity under Thai or applicable international law

4. Facebook Messenger Integration

Our Service integrates with the Meta Messenger Platform. By messaging our Facebook Page, you also agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Meta's Data Policy. We use only the minimum required Messenger permissions (pages_messaging) to deliver automated responses. We do not request access to your Facebook profile, friends list, or any data beyond what is necessary to respond to your messages.

5. Orders and Transactions

When you interact with the chatbot to place or enquire about an order, you agree that:

• All order information you provide is accurate and complete
• The chatbot may automatically create an order record on your behalf once you have confirmed sufficient details (product, quantity, contact information) during the conversation — no separate manual submission is required
• Order confirmation is subject to product availability and final confirmation by the business
• Payment may be processed via PromptPay QR through Omise; by initiating a payment you agree to Omise's Terms of Service
• Payment is subject to the pricing and terms agreed with the business operating the chatbot
• MrApps Chatbot acts as the authorized technology platform and agent of the business operating the chatbot; MrApps Chatbot is not the seller, merchant of record, or responsible party for product quality, pricing, availability, or delivery — those obligations remain solely with the business. By interacting with the chatbot, you acknowledge that orders and payments are fulfilled by the business, not by MrApps Chatbot

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, interfaces, and content, is owned by MrApps Chatbot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Responses

The chatbot's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate. For critical decisions (pricing, production timelines, or contractual matters), always confirm with a human representative. MrApps Chatbot is not liable for any action taken solely based on AI-generated chatbot responses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrApps Chatbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to interact with our chatbot channels.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
